Making The Master - Response

The Cigarettes & Red Vines blogspot's 2013 interview post talks about about the fundamentals of making a good movie poster. Poster Artist Dustin Stanton had started off from making poster art as a job from highschool onto taking it up as a major. He considers himself lucky to be working alongside various agencies. After looking into his past works, I found Stanton's job as a poster artist to be incredibly stunning. Looking deep into his poster for The Master, it makes you think that the lore of the story is deep. If I were to give a game or story a promotional cover on that scale, I'd do so in a heartbeat.

Everything is Altered - Response

In Mashable's 2014 article, "The secret Hollywood procedure that has fooled us for years"  it talks in depth about how the fashion industry goes on high gear with making people turn out to be incredibly beautiful. In many cases, fashion designers would have to use Photoshop to make every image look as young and visually stunning as possible. The very notion that you get to hit the big leagues in a place like California only for just being born rich is disingenuous. Based on how this article explains the ins and outs of life in the the upper class society, it takes skill, accuracy and precision maintain the visuals of beauty that would normally be seen on mainstream television.
